Cascade intervals that meet the penumbra condition of Radiance Cascades (probe spacing ≤ ∆p and ∆ω ≤ minimum light size).
Cascade intervals start where they start meeting the penumbra condition. The condition is impossible to satisfy at 0 distance.
Distances are in world units, except where marked as mips (texels of a mipmap).
Steps assume volumetric tracing (not SDF).
Rays spaced takes into account spacing of probes, and calculates for the worst case of a probe farthest away from the light.
